Abstract
Five types of air-j et vortex spinning products development and key technologies were discussed.Compared with ring spinning,the advantages and disadvantages of air-j et vortex spinning were analyzed.Taken Zhej iang air-j et vor-tex spinning enterprise for instance,five types of air-j et vortex yarn like colored spun yarn,functional blended yarn,multi-natural fiber blended yarn,core-spun yarn and adornment &wool knitting yarn and some popular novelty yarns were in-troduced as key points.It is considered that the market demand should be paid enough attention,the innovative thinking should be developed and the application area should be exploited when developing the air-j et vortex spinning yarn prod-ucts.Through adopting rational fore-spinning technology and device configuration,optimizing and maintaining special e-quipment,controlling the temperature and humidity in workshop,the demands of smaller and multi-varieties production could be meet.关键词
