摘要
Abstract
The production technology and quality control measures for lyocell/acrylic/chitosan/wool 40/35/15/10 12.3 tex siro condensed colored spun yarn were discussed.Antistatic pretreatment were performed for a-crylic fibers.The combination of fiber blending and sliver blending were adopted.Wet weight of pre-drawing was well controlled to ensure the blending ratios and color differences.The processing parameters of each process were optimized.Finally siro condensed colored spun yarn with four blending ratios were spun successfully.It is consid-ered that processing configurations were optimized to ensure sufficient blending of multi-components fiber raw materials.Siro condensed spinning technology was adopted,which has obvious effect on yarn quality in aspects like hairiness improvement,increasing yarn strength and so on.关键词
