Abstract
The influences of radial clearance for SL series top roller covered roller bearing on working life and yarn quality were discussed.The effect of rubber tube structure changes on bearing radial clearance was analyzed. By tracking experiments,the influences of different radial internal clearances on rotation condition,usage period and yarn indexes when using different rubber-covered roller were compared.It was pointed out that the practical radial clearance of aluminium-inserted rubber tube should be controlled within 0.005 mm~0.007 mm.When making aluminium-inserted rubber tube,new bearing needs to be fully cleaned and treated.The tolerance of sheave diameter should be strictly controlled so that reasonable match could be formed between inner hole of aluminium-inserted rubber tube and bearing sheave.The roller covering machine need to be checked regularly.The selection and adding amount of lubricating grease should be carefully considered.It is considered that rubber-covered roller working life can be prolonged and yarn quality can be improved furtherly by reasonably selecting radial clearance of top roller bearing.关键词
