Technology Study on Traveler Liquid Nitrogen Cryogenic Treatment
摘要
Abstract
The technology of traveler liquid nitrogen cryogenic treatment was discussed.Orthogonal test was adopted to study the liquid nitrogen cryogenic treatment of normal 20# low carbon steel traveler.The influence of different cryogenic treatment temperature,cooling speed and soaking time on traveler performance were analyzed. The optimized cryogenic treatment was obtained as-185 ℃ cryogenic temperature,2 ℃/min cooling speed and 10 h soaking time.It is considered that the microhardness,impact strength and wear rate of traveler can be sub-stantially improved by adopting optimized cryogenic treatment.The traveler working life can be reached to three years,which can be used to replace imported traveler.关键词
