Development of Qualification Training Evaluation System of ICU Nursing Specialists

Abstract
Objective To build a qualification training evaluation system of ICU nursing specialists. Methods By Delphi method, 25 ICU care specialists participated in the consultation. A hierarchical model was built using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and judgment matrix was established. The indicators and weight coefficients of the qualification training evaluation system of ICU nursing specialists were determined through statistical calculations. Results The qualification training evaluation system of ICU nursing specialists was developed with 5 first-level indicators ,20 second-level indicators and 112 third-level indicators. Conclusion The qualification training evaluation system of ICU nursing specialists provides an effective method and reference to improve the overall capacity of ICU nursing specialist team to promote the training quality of ICU nursing specialists .关键词
