排尿行为量表在男性糖尿病患者中的信效度检验
Reliability and Validity of Toileting Behavior Scale in Male with Diabetes Mellitus

Abstract
Objective To test the reliability and validity of the Toileting Behavior Scale in male with diabetes mellitus. Methods Totally 545 male patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus completed the survey. Item analysis and exploratory factor analysis were conducted in 272 of them and confirmatory factor analysis and reliability analysis in another 273 patients. Results The Toileting Behavior Scale retained 13 items after item analysis. Place preference for voiding, premature voiding, delayed voiding and straining voiding were extracted by exploratory factor analysis, which could explain 66.63% of the total variance, and most of the items had higher load in their corresponding factors, ranging from 0.501 to 0.877. The results of confirmatory factor analysis indicating excellent fitness were as follows: GFI (goodness of fit index)=0.962, AGFI (adjusted goodness of fit index)=0.938, NFI (normed fit index)=0.940, IFI (incremental fit index)=0.987, GFI (comparative fit index)=0.987 and RMSEA (root mean square error of approximation)=0.031. The Cronbach’sαcoefficient of the scale was 0.709 and the Cronbach’sαcoefficients of each factor were 0.708, 0.667, 0.559 and 0.863 respectively. Conclusion The Toileting Behavior Scale has good reliability and validity to assess the toileting behavior of male patients with diabetes mellitus.关键词
