中青年腹膜透析患者认知行为干预的效果观察
Effect of Cognitive Behavior Intervention on Young and Middle-aged Peritoneal Dialysis Patients

Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of cognitive behavior intervention on uncertainty in illness, coping style and emotion of young and middle-aged peritoneal dialysis patients. Methods Seventy-three young and middle-aged peritoneal dialysis patients were divided into observation group (n=37) and control group (n=36). Conventional nursing was performed in control group and cognitive behavior intervention in observation group. Uncertainty in illness, coping style and emotion of the patients in both groups were assessed before the intervention, at the end of the 4th and 12th week of the intervention. Results The score of uncertainty in illness at the end of the 4th and 12th week in observation group was lower than that in control group ( P<0.001). The score of resignation was lower in observation group at the end of the 4th and 12th week of the intervention than that in control group (P<0.001), but that of facing was higher at the end of the 12th week when compared with that of control group ( P<0.001). The extension of the intervention time witnessed the increasing of the score of facing and the declining of resignation. The score of POMS-SF in observation group was lower than that of control group at the end of the 4th and 12th week ( P<0.001). Conclusion Cognitive behavior intervention is conducive to reducing the level of uncertainty in illness of young and middle-aged peritoneal dialysis patients, promoting their positive coping style and alleviating their negative mood.关键词
