摘要

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the effect of transitional care model on patients with severe traumatic brain injury in ICU by meta-analysis. Methods We searched literatures from the Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure, VIP Database, Wanfang Data, PubMed, Cochrane library, Embase, RevMan 5.3 and Meta Analyst Beta 3.13 software was adopted for meta-analysis. Results Eight papers were included, with totally 2 041 cases. Mate-analysis showed that transitional care model could reduce the incidence of adverse events [OR=-0.055, 95%CI (-0.081,-0.029)], and anxiety [MD=-0.849, 95%CI (-1.980,-0.719)]. Conclusion Compared with conventional nursing, transitional care model is effective for patients with severe traumatic brain injury in ICU and it is worth of clinical application.
