跟踪见习模式在助产专业教学中的应用效果观察
Whole Tracking of Pregnant and Lying-in Women in Internship for Midwifery Students:A New Internship Mode

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of a new internship mode of whole tracking pregnant and lying-in women for midwifery students. Methods With convenient sampling, 30 college students of midwifery major were involved as observation group and another 30 students as control group. A new internship mode of whole tracking pregnant and lying-in women was performed in observation group while traditional internship mode in control group. The effects of different internship modes were evaluated one week before the final examination at the end of second academic year. Results Critical thinking, self-efficacy, interpersonal communication and cooperation ability of students in observation group were better than those in control group and the difference indicated statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The new internship mode of whole tracking pregnant and lying-in women for midwifery students benefits the improvement of students ’ comprehensive ability.关键词
