新疆高校护生职业认同量表编制及信效度分析
Development of Occupational Identity Scale for Xinjiang College Nursing Students and Its Reliability and Validity

Abstract
Objective To develop a standardized occupational identity scale for nursing students in colleges and universities in Xinjiang, and to test the reliability and validity. Methods From February to October 2015, with the reference of Occupational Identity Scale for Japanese Nursing Students, an Occupational Identity Scale for Xinjiang nursing college and undergraduate students was developed through interviews, expert consultation and literature review. Then with stratified cluster random sampling method, 1 400 nursing students from three universities in Xinjiang Region were investigated with the scale. Results Totally, 1 315 questionnaires were valid and the response rate reached 93.93%. The occupational identity scale consisted of five dimensions including occupational attitude, occupational devotion will, sense of benefit, motivation of occupation choice and occupational values and a total of 23 items. The cumulative contribution rate was 71.36% and Cronbach’s alpha coefficient 0.942. Total weight measuring reliability was 0.738 and total split reliability of 0.883. The total score of the scale and that of each dimension were closely correlated with a correlation coefficient ranging from 0.598 to 0.856. Conclusion The developed occupational identity scale has good reliability and validity and it could be applied in Xinjiang nursing students at different levels.关键词
