Coping Style of Women with Induced Labor for Fetal Abnormality:A Qualitative Study
摘要
Abstract
Objective To understand the coping style of women with induced labor because of fetal abnormality through in-depth interview. Methods A semi-structure interview was conducted among 12 women with inducted labor because of fetal abnormality and Colaizzi content analysis was carried out for extracting themes. Results Four themes were extracted including acknowledging the existence of baby, communication and experience support, avoidance and planning for the future. Conclusion Various forms of support and psychological intervention and professional knowledge of self-management will help women with induced labor because of fetal abnormality to adopt positive coping style.关键词
