胃癌组织COMP蛋白表达的临床病理意义
The Clinical Pathological Significance of COMP Protein Expression in Gastric Cancer Tissue
摘要
Abstract
Objective This study aimed to observe the expression significance of Cartilage oligomeric matrix protein (COMP) in gastric cancer tissue. Methods The expression of COMP protein was observed by immunohistochemistry staining in normal gastric mucosa,cancer side tissue and gastric cancer and the expression significance of COMP protein was analyzed in gastric cancer tissue. Results The immunohistostaining results showed that the expressin positive rate of COMP protein was higher in gastric cancer tissue than that in normal gastric mucosa and cancer side tissue (P<0.05),in cancer side tissue than that in normal gastric mucosa ( P<0.05) ,in lymphaden metastatic gastric cancer tissue than that in no lymphaden metastatic gastric cancer tissue ( P<0.05) and inⅢ￣Ⅳperiod patient gastric cancer tissue than that inⅠ￣Ⅱperiod ( P<0.05) . Conclusion As the differentaiation level decreased,lymphaden metastasis and TNM classification of gastric cancer increased,the expression rate of COMP protein was heightened.关键词
