On Function Orientation of Press Media to Pursue Government′s Ecological Accountability
摘要
Abstract
In the construction of government′s ecological accountability system within Chinese particular contexts, the function orientation of press media is a challenging task. Due to their characteristics, press media′s″attendence″determines their main role in pursuing ecological accountability of government, which also decides that there should be boundary in their role and their way to play the role. Press media should be aware of over-functioning and misuse of their role with a clear, instead of a vague or overlapping setting of the boundary;while function well when other accountable body are absent from their role or under-performing.关键词
