中国低碳发展中NGO的参与：现状、影响因素及未来创新之路∗
On NGOs′Involvement in China′s Low-carbon Development:Status Quo, Influencing Factors and Future Path of Innovation
摘要
Abstract
The construction of″low-carbon country″is an important direction of China′s modernization of govern-ance capability. To absorb contribution from all circles to building a ″low-carbon country″ is the key part of the construction by introducing ″governance philosophy″into it. Only in this way will it be possible to achieve strate-gic aim in the shortest possible time. However, NGOs′participation in China low-carbon development is still un-satisfactory. Statistics show that their participaton remains in a primary stage of concerns for the environment and climate, most of which are even not real″home-grown″Chinese NGOs considering their internatioal background. Motivation, capacity and power of NGOs limit their deep involvement. To achive a better, deeper, wider and more effective participation in China′s low-carbon development, NGOs need to identify and locate their right po-sition, to cultivate a global perspective, to enhance their professional capacity and to expand cooperation with enterprises.关键词
