摘要
Abstract
With the environmental problems becoming increasingly complicated,environmental governance in dif-ferent departments of law present different faces. Thus single departmental law is insufficient to deal with emer-ging problems in the environmental governance, which should be ruled by multi-departmental law instead. Based on this, Guangzhou Research Center of Green Economy and Environmental Energy Law invited a number of ex-perts and scholars from different law sectors to discuss the rule of environmental law. Experts and scholars present not only discussed on scheduled topics including environmental governance and the rule of law ( the regional rule of law) , environmental governance and legislation, environmental governance and law enforcement, environmen-tal governance and judiciary, environmental governance and regional cooperation, environmental governance and public participation, but also issued new topics, such as ″How to deal with new environmental problems in the background of globalization″? They achieved a series of consensus that environmental rule of law should be gov-erned under the focus of multi-departmental law as a matter concerned both the government and the public, and thus should be jointly handled with emphasis on both domestic and international dimensions.关键词
