Abstract
As a new mode of pollution management, the third-party treatment of environmental pollution meets with many problems in practice, one of which being how to take the responsibility of environmental tort. The pa-per takes the tortious liability of the third-party treatment of environmental pollution in enterprise-enterprise coop-eration mode as its research category. After genre analysis, the crux is found to lie in that the principle of liabil-ity without fault restrains the development of third-party treatment industry of environmental pollution. The follow-ing suggestions are given to remedy the negative influence. First, to establish environmental liability insurance system. Second, to set up compensation fund for damage from environmental tort among the environmental service businesses. Third, give policy support to the third-party treatment of environmental pollution industry. Fourth, perfect the liability clauses of the third-party treatment of environmental pollution contract.关键词
