从“三农”问题探析我国农村土地制度改革--基于新型城镇化视域
Analysis on the reform of rural land system in China from"three rural" issues---Based on the perspective of new urbanization
摘要
Abstract
New urbanization is the inevitable choice to take the urbanization of Chinese characteristics, but also a major strategic plan for the development of the country. Depth analysis of new urbanization strategy positioning, anticipation the process leads to "agriculture, countryside and farmers" is agricultural production to become a modern farm and rural transformation into modern community, farmers transfer has become the new trend of modern citizens, further study and solve the"three rural issues"and caused farmers homestead and contracted to push and pull mechanism;introducing Williamson four levels of social scientific analysis, explore the rural land system reform logic thinking and framework design, put forward establish farmers real estate orderly retreat optimal mechanism and improve the urban and rural land planning regulation reform measures and path selection.关键词
