The impact of trust on contract choice in the government-led agricultural land transfer

Abstract
National laws and regulations also require transfer of agricultural land shall sign a written contract, but also many areas specially formulated land transfer contract exemplary free for use by farmers. But in fact, agricultural land transfer contract signed written a very low percentage. In this paper, the level of trust and transfer of agricultural land contract selection theory based on the analysis, selecting the typical case analysis of trust in Dongjia Town in Jiangxi in the government-led agricultural land transfer mode of transfer of agricultural land contract selection effects and according to research findings, put forward policy recommendations.关键词
