Enlightenment for Qingdao from U.S. Manufacturing Innovation Center Construction
摘要
Abstract
According to the National Network for Manufacturing Innovation (NNMI) Program of the U.S., the paper analyzes the construction progress of eight regional manufacturing industry innovation centers, summarizes its experience in operation mechanism and push measures. And five Enlightenments are put forward to the construction of Qingdao top ten scientific and technological innovation center: paying attention to play a serving role of government, paying attention to the development of SMEs and performance evaluation, building an open innovation network, developing technology roadmap, and promoting the depth cooperation of industry university research.关键词
