Abstract
Austria has accumulated rich experience in the field of open innovation and gradually established a distinctive development concept thanks to its numerous SMEs and research infrastructures, and Its open innovation system will be made more guided and dynamic with government planning, community involvement and nationwide discussions. In 2015, the Chinese government put forward the concept of “encourage the people to start their own businesse and to make innovation”, which reflects the connotation of open innovation. Austria’s experience is a good reference for China’s system building on innovation-driven development.关键词
