对未来黄河河口入海流路永久固定问题的商榷
Discussion on Permanent Fixation of the Yellow River Seawards Flow Path in the Future
摘要
Abstract
The paper systematically summarized the reasons for 40 years use of the exiting Qingshuigou flow path, focusing on the hot issue of whether or not the Yellow River seawards flow path should be fixed. Possibilities of permanent fixation of the channel were discussed from three aspects of flow and sediment conditions, runoff and sediment transporting capability of ocean dynamic in a detailed way. Potential severe problems were put forward that permanent fixation of the channel in the future probably brought out for the flood control in the lower Yellow River. It was indicated that main object of the estuary comprehensive regulation was still flood control and disaster reduction, meanwhile taking into account environment protection and utilization of incoming flow and sediment resources, not the channel fixation.关键词
