摘要

Abstract

To provide a reference and decision-making for an optimal utilization of land space and urban land planning within a friendly environment and overall resource conservation, this paper proposed a new optimal allocation model of urban land use space based on the RLUAM model with a sine cosine optimization on the basis of the traditional one and selected some current data of land utilization in a region of Shanghai 2014 as the object to validate the algorithm's validity so as to indicate that the optimal model was able to realize the optimal allocation for land within a friendly environment and resource conservation and the efficiency of its algorithm improved 61.38%than a traditional algorithm.
