中国农村贫困成因与扶贫政策的作用
Causes of Rural Poverty in China and the Role of Poverty Alleviation Policies
摘要
Abstract
This article studied the causes of rural poverty in China and the effectiveness of poverty alleviation polices over years in order to reflect the necessity to take targeted measures in poverty alleviation. The study found that family population, the numbers of adults at work, agricultural machinery and commercial appliances were related to the occurrence of poverty in 2004 a, 2006 a, 2009 a and 2011 a. The education level of family members was related to the occurrence of poverty in 2006 a and 2011 a. Based on the empirical analysis, it could be found that it was importance to take targeted measures in poverty alleviation. For the implementation of a comprehensive poverty alleviation, the polices should focus on adhering to the principle of sustainable development and industry poverty alleviation, implementing family planning and continuing employment promotion policy.关键词
