摘要

Abstract

The combining ability of ear characters and yield of 7 new maize inbred lines resistant to rough dwarf virus were analyzed with 4 domestic elite inbred lines,Zheng 58,Chang 7 -2,PH6WC and PH4CV,as materials by the NCII mating design.The results showed that from the general combining ability (GCA)of ear characters and yield of the 7 new materials,the hybrids of Y7 and Y4 had high yield potential,and the hybrids of Y6 had stable yield potential.From the special combining ability (SCA)of yield,Y4 ×PH4CV,Y7 × PH6WC,Y6 ×PH4CV and Y7 ×Zheng 58 had the larger yield SCA effect values.The yield of the combina-tions was 11.3,11.4,11.2,11.1 t/hm2 respectively,which were all significantly higher than that of the con-trols,Zhengdan 958 and Xianyu 335.In general,Y4 ×PH4CV,Y7 ×PH6WC,Y6 ×PH4CV and Y7 ×Zheng 58 had better performance.
