海稻86的籼粳性鉴定
Identification of Indica -Japonica Attribute of Searice 86
摘要
Abstract
Searice 86 is a very precious rice germplasm resource with saline -alkali tolerance.Its excel-lent property makes it possible to efficiently utilize the saline -alkali land in Yellow River Delta and increase grain yield.In this study,the indica -japonica attribute of Searice 86 was analyzed with InDel molecular in-dex method.The results showed that Searice 86 belonged to indica type rice,and was preliminarily confirmed to be not wild rice.This research provided references for the effective use of excellent saline -alkali tolerance character of Searice 86 in parents matching of hybrid breeding.关键词
