摘要

Abstract

Tomato (Solanum lycopersicum)is one of the vegetables with higher benefit for protected culti-vation.Its planting area accounts for about 30% of the entire protected vegetable areas in China,so it occupies important position in protected cultivation of vegetables.High temperature can reduce the fruit commercial val-ue,and lead to higher abnormal fruit rate and lower fruit setting rate,which severely restrict the tomato produc-tion and all year round supply.Thus,to know about the change of antioxidant system has important significance to resistant breeding of tomato and increasing yield and benefit.In this study,17 heat -resistant tomato varieties were used as materials.And the change of SOD,POD,CAT and APX activities and the soluble protein and MDA contents in their leaves were studied under 40℃ with 25℃ as contrast.The results showed that most of the contents of soluble protein and MDA and the activities of SOD,POD,CAT and APX showed increase firstly and then decrease.But the peak appeared at different time in different varieties.It indicated that the heat -toler-ance and high temperature stress response mechanisms were different in different tomato varieties.
