摘要

Abstract

To evaluate the safety of bifenthrin on wheat,the final residues and degradation dynamics in seeds,plants and corresponding soils were studied through field trials by gas chromatography method in Jinan of Shandong and Jiaozuo of Henan in 2013 -2014.The results showed that the degradation behaviors of bifenthrin in wheat plants and soils met the first -order kinetics equation with the half -lives of 8.4 ~13.0 days and 9.4 ~13.3 days,respectively.The final residues in wheat seeds and soils were both lower than the limit of detection (LOD)of 0.05 mg·kg -1 and the maximum residue limit (MRL)of 0.5 mg·kg -1 .It was suggested that 2.5% bifenthrin microemulsion should be used to control the wheat aphids with the dosage of 15.0 ~22.5 g a.i./hm2 for 1 ~2 times and with the pre -harvest interval (PHI)of 7 days.
