缺陷汽车产品召回引入风险管理探析
Analysis on the Risk Management Introduced in Defective Automotive Product Recall

Abstract
With the continuous deepening of the marketization reform in China, the ideas and ways of public management institution about product quality and safety supervision are shifting. By introducing the concept of risk management into supervision system of product quality and safety, the way of supervision can be changed from passive "post-processing" to active "prevention", and the level of supervision will be enhanced. Defective product recall is an important means of market regulation. The paper analyzes the concept of defective product recall and risk management, and compares with the process of risk management and flow of defective product recall. It also puts forward the flow and precautions of defective automotive product recall based on risk management and precaution to provide the reference for carrying out risk management in defective product recalling field.关键词
