摘要

Abstract

Starting from food quality supervision, this paper takes every food processing enterprise as an evaluation object, and establishes an early warning index system of food production and quality safety risk with eight risk factors including implementation rate of supervision plan, number of daily operational improvement items, pass rate of product quality, condition of violation, number of license, check and rectification items, food safety incidents, enterprise scale and food industry relevance based on the implementation of supervision factors.
