Abstract
This paper gives a brief introduction of the Ukraine power grid blackout and analyzes the causes in terms of the security factors of industry control system (ICS), environment and user awareness. Combining with the foreign solutions (include policy, standards, etc.), it gives a detailed analysis of the revelation to ICS security work in our country.关键词
