社区管理的高血压病人对疾病相关指标的关注及其影响因素分析
Concern of hypertension patients of community management on disease related indicators and its influencing factors

Abstract
Objective:To understand the concern situation of hypertension patients of community management on disease related indicators and its influencing factors.Methods:A total of 664 patients in 2 communities in Cheng-du received the questionnare about their general situation and concern on disease related indicators.Results:387 cases(58.3%)patients concerned disease related indicators;the single factor analysis showed that the spouse, special clinics,tobacco and alcohol addiction,complications,medication situation,employment situation,course of diseases were the influence factors on whether the patients paying attention to disease related indicators;the logistic regression analysis showed that enjoying special out patient,more than 10 years of course of diseases, suffering from complications,never drinking were the promoting factors of patients paying attention to their dis-ease related indicators.Conclusion:The hypertension patients of community management didn’t pay enough at-tention to their disease related indicators,which prompted it should consciously guide the patients to pay atten-tion to their disease in community chronic disease management services,and effectively improve their self man-agement behavior.关键词
