Application of train the trainer for community younger elderly
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To probe into the application effect of train the trainer(TTT)for community younger eld-erly.Methods:A total of 153 younger elderly in a community of Hangzhou were trained by using TTT and com-pared with grasping state of basic training operation,satisfaction degree of training,grasping state of care knowledge and general self efficacy state of the elderly before and after the training.Results:Satisfaction of younger elderly on training was generally higher,and there were statistically significant difference in care knowledge mastering,operation skills score and general self efficacy score of younger elderly before and after the training(P <0.01).Conclusion:Health knowledge of the community elderly was general lack and the appli-cation of TTT could effectively improve the care knowledge,operation skills and self efficacy of community younger elderly.关键词
