基于积极体验的社区空巢老年人健康干预“三联体”合作模式的构建
Construction of a health inrervention “triplet”collaboration model based on positive experience for community emp-ty nesters

Abstract
Objective:To probe into a health intervention “triplet”collaboration model based on positive experi-ence(community medical supervision,neighborhood personnel management,and self management)for commu-nity empty nesters.Methods:We performed a literature review and conducted semi structured interviews with relevant personnel to develop a draft of health intervention “triplet”collaboration model based on positive expe-rience for community empty nesters.Moreover,the Delphi method was used to consult 17 Chinese experts to re-vise the model.Results:We performed a literature review and theoretical analysis as well as constructed a model composed of four parts:purpose and significance,personnel,work content and methods at all levels,and security and support systems.In addition,the semi structured interviews with the relevant personnel was conducted to improve the specific content of all parts of the model.Two rounds of expert consultation questionnaires were conducted,and the response rate was 100% with an authority coefficient of 0.84.The concordance coefficients were 0.336 and 0.444,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).Finally,the constructed “trip-let”collaboration model composed of four parts:purpose and significance,personnel,work content and methods at all levels,and security and support systems.Conclusion:The construction approach for health intervention“triplet”collaboration model based on positive experience for community empty nesters was reliable and easy to operate,which could provide a reference for the health intervention of community empty nesters.关键词
