药膳联合五行音乐辅助治疗晚期先兆流产的疗效观察
Observation on therapeutic effect of medicated diet combined with five elements music assistant therapy for patients with late threatened abortion

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the effect and safety of medicated diet combined with five elements of music assistant treatment for patients with late threatened abortion.Methods:A total of 240 patients with late threat-ened abortion in obstetrics department in Guangdong Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2014 to June 2015 were divided into combined treatment group(n=60),medicated diet group(n=60),music group(n=60)and control group(n=60)based on digital random method.The patients in control group were treated by routine western medicine therapy;the patients in music group were treated with the five elements music therapy on the basis of the routine therapy;the patients in medicated treatment diet group were treated with medicated diet on the basis of the routine therapy;the patients in combined treatment group were treated with medicated diet and five elements music therapy on the basis of routine therapy.After 2 courses,compare the scores of ther-apeutic effect,Hamilton depressive scale(HAMD)and Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)before and after the treatment,satisfaction and adverse reactions of pregnant women in the 4 groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the scores of treatment efficiency and pregnant women’s satisfaction of combination group,medi-cated diet group and music group were improved,and the scores of HAMD and HAMA decreased significantly after treatment(P <0.05).Compared with the medicated diet group and music group,the patients in combined treatment group had higher scores of efficiency and satisfaction(P <0.05).The scores of HAMD and HAMA in music group were lower than those in medicated diet group(P <0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment has no significantly differences among the four groups(P >0.05 ).Conclusions:Medicated diet com-bined with five elements of music assistant treatment for patients with late threatened abortion could improve the therapeutic effect,patient’s satisfaction,and relieve the adverse emotions of pregnant women.关键词
