临床恶性肿瘤病人文化改变现状的调查分析
Survey and analysis of status quo of cultural changes in malignant tumor patients

Abstract
Objective:To know about the status quo of cultural change in patients with malignant tumor after malignancy,and to provide reference for clinical nursing personnel.Methods:A total of 340 inpatients with ma-lignant tumor were investigated by self designed cultural change questionnaire for tumor patients.Results:On sleep quality,84.12% of the patients became unsatisfactory;61.76% of the patients changed their mind of dis-ease from fate to scientific cognitions;57.06% of the patients changed their mind on death from fearlessness to fearnes;52.06% of the patients changed their living habits;52.06% of the patients changed their mind on health education from “don’t care”to “desire to”.There were statistically significant differences among patients with different genders,educational background,personal monthly income,and from urban/rural areas (P < 0.01 ). Conclusion:Cultural changes may occur in patients with cancer,and clinical care workers could know about the cultural changes of tumor patients and take corresponding measures through culture nursing assessment when they were hospitalized,and then to improve the efficiency of cancer care and the quality of nursing.关键词
