Development study on hi-tech industry belt under Innovation 2. 0 era
摘要
Abstract
Innovation 2. 0 is an era of collaborative innovation among science, management and technology. It has spawned new innovation form and demand in manufacturing industry. The current situation and problems of three typical hi-tech industry belts are expounded based on the theories of growth pole, point-axis growth, and network growth. Countermeasures are proposed such as allying private innovation incubator, establishing innovation and entrepreneurship platform, exploring the collaborative innovation mechanism among government, user, producer, university, and research institution, and absorbing high-tech talents, and so on. It has great significance in the innovation vitality of hi-tech industry belts.关键词
