延迟退休改革对辽宁省劳动力就业的影响∗
Influence of delayed retirement reform on employment of labor force in Liaoning Province
摘要
Abstract
The problem of population aging in China has become increasingly serious, and the introduction of reform program on delayed retirement is imminent. The characteristics are deeply analyzed of population aging in Liaoning Province, and the development trends of the future population aging in Liaoning Province are forecasted using the method of model construction. The changes are shown that the delayed retirement can bring about to the employment of the labor force in Liaoning Province. The population status and crisis are comprehensively presented in Liaoning Province under the delayed retirement reform. The crucial role is reflected of delayed retirement reform on the employment of labor force in Liaoning Province. Those can be supportive to be responsive to the delayed retirement reform in Liaoning Province actively.关键词
