采用乳化法一步制备了球形Ziegler-Natta催化剂,通过SEM、XRD、FTIR和激光粒度分布仪对其进行了分析和表征,研究了其催化丙烯聚合的性能。研究结果表明:得到的催化剂球形度好、粒度分布集中、粒径大小可调;邻苯二甲酰氯和异辛醇反应原位生成了内给电子体邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯;得到的催化剂催化丙烯聚合的产物颗粒球形度好、细粉少、等规度高;聚合反应温度、聚合反应压力、n(Al)∶n(Ti)、外给电子体 CHMDMS 的用量对丙烯聚合活性以及聚丙烯…查看全部>>
