Abstract
This thesis puts forward the main problems existing in the traditional paving plan based on the using effect of the commonly used scheme of long-span steel box girder bridge deck pavement in the domestic and overseas. The stress distribution of steel-box girder deck under live load has been studied and put forward the control stress of steel box girder deck and then analyzed the variation between the control stress and the factors such as the steel deck thickness and pavement layer thickness by using three stage mechanical analysis methods. A new steel deck pavement scheme has been proposed:the pavement program uses lightweight high-ductile concrete as a rigid layer, based on engineering example:L32 unit of long span continuous steel box girder projects of Jinqiao Road. The main features of the program are that: the pavement below layers are lightweight high-ductile concrete instead of asphalt concrete, and the steel deck plate has welded shear parts of high-elasticity high-viscosity modified asphalt intermediate layer which has the function of water proof, cementation, stress-absorbing. By the mechanical analysis to this program and the combination of the laboratory test results, the program is theoretically possible.关键词
