Total Factor Productivity About the Regional Construction Industry in China
为提高中国区域建筑业全要素生产效率，利用增加值法对建筑产业的投入产出指标进行筛选，在此基础上，结合全局DEA-Malmquist-luenberger指数拓展模型和Tobit回归分析，以中国省际2008~2013年面板数据为依据，从建筑行业内部因素和外部运营环境中，针对性地提出影响建筑业全要素生产效率的内外部关键影响因素。研究结果表明，内部影响因素技术、管理、规模等每提升1%，建筑业区域生产效率会分别提升0.8384%、0.2726%、0.187…查看全部>>
