Case of Construction Site Benchmarking---Based on Social Network Based Data Envelopment Analysis
摘要
Abstract
In the construction industry, the benchmarking study is less, especially in the construction site labor team level, there is almost no research and application of benchmarking. This article first combines data envelopment analysis( DEA) and social network( SN) to overcome the two problems of traditional data envelopment analysis benchmarking methods, namely availability and achievability, and proposes a new method to determine the benchmark of the low efficiency labor team. It uses a case study to illustrate how to by (1) data of DEA inputs and outputs,(2) traditional DEA benchmarking, (3) SN-based DEA Benchmarking this three stages to realize SN-based DEA benchmarking procedure. It provides different angles oflearning and reference for the construction enterprise and the entire industry.关键词
