摘要

Abstract

Two way satellite time and frequency transfer ( TWSTFT) technique is a fundamental approach of high precise time and frequency comparison.It is crucial to calibrate the time delay in order to achieve highly accurate time comparison.This paperputs forward the design scheme of the vehicular two⁃way satellite time transfer system,describes the basic composition of system and func⁃tional characteristics of equipment,and analyzes the key techniquesof system.Then it puts forward and analyzes the zero base line verifi⁃cation method which is based on homologous. The validation test results show asystem time delay uncertainty within 0. 4 ns, and the device time delay of two⁃way satellite time and frequency transfer system is also calibrated.
