Abstract
The development of regional economy with the core of finance is the key to "Silk -Road Eco-nomic Belt"construction.It is necessary to find the focus and breakthrough point of financial planning in pro-moting the implementation of Silk -Road Economic Belt strategy.Based on the deep analysis of economic de-velopment foundation along the "Silk -Road Economic Belt",the paper clarifies the opportunities and advan-tages of Shaanxi and fully explores Shaanxi financial support path to "Silk -Road Economic Belt "construc-tion,especially in fields of integration of industry and finance,trade transactions,urbanization construction,in-frastructure construction and financial innovation,working hard for Shaanxi to be financial center of "Silk -Road Economic Belt"and thus achieving cooperation and economic prosperity along the Silk Road countries ultimately.关键词
