摘要
Abstract
The satisfaction of the township government staff directly affects the efficiency of the govern-ment work.Based on the database of "Chinese Township democracy and governance survey",the paper estab-lished the measuring model for social capital from three dimensions of social trust,network relations and organi-zational norms,and used the hierarchical regression analysis method to study the relationship between social capital and township government staff.It is found out that the working relationship and organization norms have a significant positive influence on township government staff satisfaction,while social trust and personal rela-tionships have no significant impact on the satisfaction degree of township government staff.In addition,nation-ality,age,religious belief and political status and other personal characteristics also have certain impact on the satisfaction of township government staff.On the basis of this,some concrete suggestions are put forward finally so as to improve the satisfaction of the township government staff.关键词
