Abstract
The scholars mostly began the study of Hegel 's civil society theory by comparing with the states.They didn't bring the family into the research scope,so that they would not reveal how civil society e-merged,and nor would they fully understand Hegel's civil society theory.According to Hegel's analysis path in"Elements of the Philosophy of Right",this article analyzed and investigated civil society by placing it between the family and the state,and tried to illustrate Hegel's civil society theory by revealing how civil society e-merged,realized and what's its fate.关键词
