试论清代调整佛教和道教的法律制度及其特点OACHSSCD
On the Legal System and Its Characteristics of Adjusting Buddhism and Taoism in the Qing Dynasty
为了使宗教有利于自身的统治，清代统治者注重用法律来管理宗教，制定了调整佛教和道教的法律制度。这些制度包括行政法律制度和刑事法律制度两部分，其内容全面而具体，既有对前代制度的继承，具有一定的稳定性；又有所创新，富于变化，对清代佛教和道教的发展起到了重要作用。总结清代运用法律调整宗教的经验教训，对当今的宗教法治建设具有重要的现实意义。
