摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of DEK protein in colorectal cancer and its relationships with clini-copathological features. Methods The expression of DEK protein was detected in 185 cases of colorectal cancer tissues and paracancerous normal mucosa tissues by using the tissue microarray and immunohistochemical MaxVisionTM method. Results The positive expression rate of DEK protein in colorectal cancer was 86.49%(160/185),which was significantly higher than 64.86%(120/185)in the normal colonic mucosa tissues,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001). The DEK protein expression was related to the tumor clinical stage and infiltration degree. The later the tumor clinical stage ,the deeper the tumor infiltration, the higher the DEK protein expression,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion DEK protein plays an important role in the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer.关键词
