脑出血患者IL-6与VEGF水平变化及其与神经功能的相关性分析

Abstract
Objective To investigate the change of serum interleukin-6 ( IL-6 ) and vascularendothelial growth factor (VEGF)levels in the patients with intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH) and their correlation with the neural functions. Methods Forty-five cases of ICH hospitalized in the neurology department of our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected as the observation group and contemporaneously 45 individuals undergoing the physical examination served as the control group. The two groups were given the conventional therapy. ELISA was adopted to detect serum IL-6 and VEGF levels in the two groups. Their changes were compared between before and after treatment. The neurological functions impairment condition at admission and on 21 d after treatment was evaluated by adopting the National Institutes of Heath Stroke Scale (NIHSS) and the activity of daily living (ADL). Moreover the correlation analysis was performed. Results The serum IL-6 level after treatment in the observation group was significantly decreased,while the VEGF level was significantly increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);the NIHSS score in the ICH patients was negatively correlated with the serum VEGF level (r=-0.818 7,P<0.01),but positively correlated with the IL-6 level(r=0.817 0,P<0.01);the ADL scale score was positively correlated with the serum VEGF level(r=0.825 6,P<0.01) and negatively correlated with the IL-6 level(r=-0.822 3,P<0.01). Conclusion VEGF may promote the recovery of neural functions in the patients with ICH and IL-6 may aggravate their neural damage.关键词
