高校教学环境建设视域下的“学生评教”
“Students’ Evaluations of Teaching” in Context of the Construction of Teaching and Learning Environments at Colleges and Universities
摘要
Abstract
Institutions of higher education hope to improve their teaching level through students ’ evalu‐ation of teachers’ teaching qualities ,w hich has been widely used in the teaching management system at colleges and universities .From the analysis of the teaching environments ,it could be concluded that students’ evaluation of teaching turns out to be a double‐edged sword .Teachers’ positive energy can be greatly released if it is used in a proper way .Otherwise the teaching environments will be dam‐aged and the teachers’ creative potential choked .Hence ,some suggestions are proposed in order to enhance the scientificity and efficiency of the evaluation ,such as setting up the“human‐oriented”edu‐cational principle ,optimizing the system of students’ evaluation of teaching ,and improving the evalu‐ation method ,etc . ,which are to benefit the harmony between teachers and students as well as the improvement of teaching qualities .关键词
