摘要
Abstract
As the country’ s guidance of the transition for a number of local undergraduate colleges to the application‐oriented ,in particular the new established colleges ,all of the colleges belonging to provinces have begun the practice of the operation .Base on Pasteur quadrant ,this paper analyses the empirical cases of colleges in Hubei Province ,w hich are divided into three types .Different types of colleges and universities have different characteristics in terms of professional disciplines ,personnel training ,scientific research and services .Based on this ,the author proposes suggestions for classified management .关键词
